One week family trek in beautiful low land places of Annapurna region, where we trek begins from Pokhara (beautiful city of Nepal), Ghandruk, Gorepani villages to Poon hill then back decent to Pokhara. This trek, perhaps the best introductory hike for family looking for easy trekking in Nepal while staying a comfortable family lodges to sleeping and standard restaurant for meal as all steps. This trek, which will take you through terraced hillsides, charming slate-roofed villages inhabited by the friendly Gurungs, dense moss-laden rhododendron forests, enclosed beautiful landscape wild animals, monasteries, mixed cultural etc all set against a picturesque backdrop of the snowcapped peaks of Annapurnas, is one of most well known short trek in Nepal.

Annapurna region trekking is the most popular trekking trail in Nepal which is an useful for family, trek, children trek and students trek. This trek offers splendid varieties of natural and cultural diversity with spectacular Himalayan views of Mt. Annapurna, Annapurna south, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Manaslu, Mt. Fishtail (Machhapuchre), etc.

After complete this trek, trekkers will back to Kathmandu. Here in Kathamndu we may arrange 2 full days sight seeing in Kathmandu valley (Kathmandu, Patan, Bhaktapur) as bellow itineray program. If you have 2 days more time, you can visit also Royal Chitwan National Park which is most popular for children, younger and olders. At the Chitwan National park we will see Tharu (ethnic group's cultre), village walking, Tharu dance, Bird watching, Jungle sufari, canoeing trek, elephant bathing, elephant breathing etc.

Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel Day 02: fly or drive by tourist bus (6-7 hr.) to Pokhara (820m) and transfer to hotel. Day 03: After breakfast transfer to trailhead Nayapul trek via Birethati (1025m) to Tikhedhunga (1540m) Day 04: Trek Tikhedhunga to Banthanti (2300m) Day 05: Banthanti (2300m) to Ghorepani (2800m) Day 06: Early morning visit Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Deurali (3200m) Day 07: Early morning visit Gurung Hill and trek and to Tadapani (2600m) Day 08: Trek Tadapani (2600m) to Ghandruk (1940m) Day 09: Trek Ghandruk to Syauli Bazar (1170m) Day 10: Trek to Nayapul via Birethanti, drive back to Pokhara and end the trip and transfer to hotel and afternoon free day in Pokhara for personal activities. Day 11: Free day in Pokhara for personal activities- go for boating in Fewa Lake/rest/ shopping/sightseeing etc… Day 12: After breakfast transfer to airport, fly to Kathmandu or drive by tourist bus (6-7 hr.) and transfer to hotel and afternoon free day in Kathmandu for personal activities. Day 13: Sightseeing tour around the Kathmandu valley - Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath stupa(famous monkey temple), Boudhanath stupa and Pashupatinath. This day sightseeing tour will take you to visit all the major historical and cultural monuments of Nepal. Day 14: International departure or go for onward program.

Airport transfers pick up and drop. Entry permits to Annapurna Conservation Area. All supporting staffs (trekking guide and porters), as well as their necessary insurance, meals and allowances. 3 meals per day and overnight accommodation in tea house lodge along the trail. Domestic airfare and airport tax Kathmandu - Pokhara and Pokhara-Kathmandu flight or overland journey by tourist bus as required after the trek. 3 night accommodation in Kathmandu on BB basis before and after the trek. 2 night accommodation (BB basis) in Pokhara after the trek.
