This trek begins from Arughat 7-8 hrs far from Kathmandu. There is need to camping trekking not teahouse or lodge. Main journey of this region is around Manaslu, reaching north of the Himalayas and circling the great Manaslu, Himalchuli, Baudha massif. Since Manaslu is a special area for trekkers and was only officially opened from 1991 onwards for trekking, it needs special trekking permits and allowed permit for above 2 person not allowed for single. Three-week complete treks will give you an exciting, adventurous and once in a lifetime experience. In this reason we can see Hindu and Tibetian culture. Manaslu Himal, Ganesh Himal, Shringi Himal, Peri Himal are main seen of this reason.

Day 01: Drive Kathmandu to Gorkha / Arughat bazaar (530m 7-8)
Day 02: Sight- seeing in Baudda, Pashupati and Shwyambu / Issue special trekking permit by office.
Day 03: Trek Arughat Bazar to Soti Khola - 880m (6-7 hr)
Day 04: Trek Soti khola to Machha Khola - 890m (5-6 hr)
Day 05: Trek Machha khola to Jagat - 1390m (6-7hr)
Day 06: Trek Jagat to Deng - 1920m (6-7 hr) Starting from Jagat you need special permit to trek)
Day 07: Trek Deng to Ghap - 2095m (5-6 hr)
Day 08: Trek Ghap to Lo - 3150m (5-6 hr)
Day 09: Trek Lo to Sama Gompa - 3500m (4-5 hr)
Day 10: Trek Sama Gompa to Guest house - 4450m (4-5 hr)
